Here we see the Perma Pile Foundation Repair System in action. The Pre-cast concrete cylinders have been driven into the ground to total refusal. A square cap block has been placed on top for stability. A hydraulic jack has raised the structure to perfectly level, at which point a Pre-cast concrete cylinder was installed and steel shims driven to hold level. A second Pre-cast concrete cylinder was installed and the final steel shims driven. Lastly, a Lifetime Transferrable Warranty was issued to the home owner.
