Once the Pile Stack has been driven into the ground to total refusal, a square cap block is then placed on top. Next, a Hydraulic Jack is positioned on top to level the structure. A Pre-cast concrete cylinder is then installed and Steel Shims are driven in tightly to secure the level of the structure. The Hydraulic Jack is then removed and a second Pre-cast concrete cylinder is installed and the final Steel Shims are driven.
